Most likely, another agent (a buyer’s agent) will be involved in the sale of your house. Ask how the commission will be split between your agent (Listing Agent) and the buyer’s agent (Sales Agent). You need to maximize the incentive for a buyer's agent (3% or more) to show your property. It’s simple…when a buyer’s agent has several houses to show he/she will likely show the ones with more commission first. If the commission is too LOW, it may not SHOW.
